Is my chicken ill ?

Have recently noticed that most of my hens have got whitened dry looking pale combs, one looks worse than the others though (see photo)They are all laying well, have enough to eat and drink, they take dust baths daily and haven't noticed any parasite infestations.
What do you think ? Thanks

It may be the early stages of Favus. I'd rub some athlete's foot cream into her skin once daily for 7-10 days. It could also just be dry.

I'm guessing just dryness due to weather and lowered hormonal levels. I expect their combs will brighten as day light period increases. Dobie Lover makes a great suggestion 'just in case'.
