Is my chicken lethargic or has botulism

My chicken isn't opening its eyes and won't eat. She isn't moving we gave her warm water

How old is your hen?Is she laying eggs?Have you had any problems with your chickens before?How does her crop feel?What do you feed them?
Why do you suspect botulism?

The best thing you can do as of now is get some fluids into her body.If you have already done that getting her in a warm place 85-90 F would be great.

Also, can you stand her up and see what she does? Is she inside the coop, a nest box, or outside in the yard? Does she have any injuries?

We put fluids in her shes 3 years old and people were feeding her other things
the neck was limp
