is my chicken molting or is it something else?

my ss hen has been looking a little rough lately, and i thought she was just molting but she’s been looking like this for a good few months now, and i don’t think they take that long to molt? (or do they i’m not so sure) could it be that my rooster is mating with her too often? or could it be mites? (not sure if that’s the case because everybody else in the flock is fully feathered and don’t look like her) does anyone have a clue what it is? or am i just being too worried lol
