Pecking order, molting , mites ?

I have 34 chickens and two of them have lost their feathers like in this style about two weeks ago and I’ve been putting no pick cream on it and it hasn’t gotten any worse, but it hasn’t really gotten any better. I don’t see any new blood and I looked all over the entire chicken under every feather form and I couldn’t see anything. I don’t know if that’s something I could even see we are in a hot climate where it’s 100° and the chickens are only three months old, four months old they have a lot of shade and water. I just didn’t know if it was part of a normal molting or if this is a pecking order establishment if anyone could help me.

It looks like she is molting... But I think it is to early for chickens to molt... Not sure but I doubt its related to mites..
