Is my chicken ok?

If you scoop it up and put in water, does it all dissolve, or worms separate into the fluid..?

I tried it and here are the results. The first poop with i thought was worms dissolved. The second one had little pieces of lighter coloured poo that floated. I did have a tub of water in the coop and I think I see worms in there. What can I get at the feed store to cure worms (no pic needed definitely worms)

*Update* It was worms and they are all treated for it now
