Is my chicken sick?

I just had my mom go get layer/flock feed and told her to use eggs for her and got her to buy coconut oil.

Is this the right stuff? I gave her layer feed and scrambled egg she was also a little dehydrated so I gave her water.

She pooped and is perking up a bit.. very tired though, her poop was runny and white and i did get her to eat.. kind of, she sort of tried to peck but couldn't get it in her mouth so i just fed it to her. She is drinking on her own to hoping she will be better soon.

She is not doing better anymore sadly... I think she might pass later today.. i've been feeding her with vitamin Supplements and layer feed but she just didn't improve when I found her this morning she was very stiff.. she was alive but stiff.. she tried to move but flopped around. I am hoping by some miracle she gets better but I won't be home today so i'll just have my dad come over and watch her...

Alright, did a little research and this is just what i found.. she is stiff her neck is something like wry she is alive and i'm afraid she has marek's! she had been with every single chicken of mine and the night pior they had spilt water all over the straw in the middle of the night and I had to leave so it didn't get cleaned till i was home... does it sound like she has it?

The only thing i'm confused about it though is she only shows signs of stiffness and weight loss. She is stiff in legs and her neck is crooked (wry neck i suppose)

Just looked at a site says it can be wrongly diagnosed with vitamin deficiency so i'm gonna try more vitamins.
