Is my chicken sick?

One of my Rhode Island Red hens has diarrhoea and seems very tired, she is still laying eggs though. A few months ago she had a chick but hasn’t been the same since. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be wrong?

Can you please post some photos of your hen and her poop?

You mention that she had a chick and hasn't been the same - was she broody?
What do you feed?

I would check her for lice/mites, make sure her crop is emptying overnight and see that she's eating/drinking well. She may benefit from vitamins a couple of times a week and it would be a good idea to get a fecal float to see if worms are contributing to her weakness.

We just got rid of mites that they had, she is eating and drinking well. She was broody and we feed her laying seed. I will get some vitamins for her, thankyou!
