Is my Chinese Langshan a rooster?

This is our first time having chickens so this is all new to us. The past couple of weeks our 3 month old Chinese Langshan has started to make loud noises. This morning this odd noise woke us up. It does not sound like a rooster, but more like she/ he is practicing to sound like one, very low tone. So my question is do these pictures look like a Chinese Langshan rooster? I will be happy to take more pictures if it helps she was not helpful with the pictures this morning.

That blue does look like a rooster. I do not know what the differences are between the different types of Langshan (or what would make one a Chinese Langshan.)
