Is my coop secure from predators?

I built my coop out of plywood INSIDE of my large shed that is made of a single layer of thick boards. The plywood walls are about 8 feet high, but do not reach the roof of the shed/garage. (in other words, the top is open) The plywood has a door that I go in and out that has a latch and I prop up a large stick every night for extra protection. For the chickens to get outside, they go thru a little door that I close every night, prop a stick up against it hard, and I latch it from the inside.
Outside, they have a large enclosed space that is made of snow fence and chicken wire. (I am not worried much about outside, because every single night the chickens go in to the coop and I lock everything down.)
Does my coop sound ok? I am sure a rat or weasel could get into the shed, there are big knot holes in the wood. But to get in the coop they would have to climb up and then down 8 feet. I have adult hens, a fairly agressive rooster and 10 chicks.
I am getting paranoid.
Any suggestions? I live in Nova Scotia.

Maybe wire on top of the coop inside the shed? and not chicken wire welded wire is what I use.

close up the top, don't trust chicken wire to keep out a coon, they can chew right thru it. Use welded wire. It's good to be paranoid when it comes to our ladies. Keeps us on our toes...

I saw a racoon run straight up an eight foot tall wood board fence as easily as it breathed, just like that.

So I don't think that plywood wall would be any problem for a racoon.
