Is my crested rouen too small?

I feel like s/he is too small? I’ve never seen another Rouen in person. So I’m just basing off my Pekin. But it is very small like probably weights a pound if that. And she’s 5 weeks old. Is that normal?

Can we see dry? Wet they look like drowned rats! Not just yours but all ducklings. Are you sure it’s Rouen an not Mallard? And dry pic together please.

Rouens are a very slow growing breed, so I wouldn't worry about it.

Oh, hopefully yours will become a fluffy butt like mine is! I love our Rouen. She's all sass and fuss, but sweet as can be.

I responded to your other thread a few days ago, since she has two stripes across the eye , that would mean she is a Rouen. Mallards only have one.

We were told she was a Rouen, so we've always called her one. She's much bigger than any of the Mallards we see around here. Since we were new at this when we got them, we took people's word on it.
