Is my Delaware a roo?

Hi,
I am raising 6 chicks and two are Delawares and I can't stop comparing them. They are 11 weeks old. One is definitely a pullet and the other one I think might be a roo. My confusion is that Sunny (the potential roo) developed thicker legs, a comb and wattles earlier than Donna so I assumed Sunny was a Roo but now they look similar except for Sunny's proud carriage, more aggressive behavior and darker tail feathers. Can you help me by looking at these pictures? I really appreciate it! The last picture is of my girl Donna to compare her face to Sunny's.

They look like pullets to me.
The cockerels get a lot more smut down the hackle feathers than either of the two you have. They also tend to have barred tail feathers, not solid black. Like this guy.

Very difficult to tell. Young Delawares are tough since it's hard to see cape feather shape or saddle feathers, but I would it expect more black on the tail feathers for a cockerel.

This was Pepper at about 3 months give or take a week, same breed.

The color seems a bit redder, but don’t see any obvious roo feathers.

Unfortunately, I lost her a few weeks ago to a predator

Forgot to add she was a girl.

Added some more pics to provide more angles and lighting depending on the picture.

At least you have something to compare yours to, of a close age.
