Is my duck egg dead?

Sorry. At times like that I tell myself, "Maybe next time".

I've checked on the egg again today and unfortunately there is still absolutely zero movement inside and no development. I'm going to turn out the light tonight, the only thing that worries me is that there are still veins at the bottom of the air sac.

I would still give it a day or two (out of pure hope) but it looks to be dead.
