Is my duck going broody??

One of my hens makes a strange noise when she’s outside and I don’t know what it means. She flirts with the boys and wants to breed with them, I know. I find her sitting on the nest sometimes, but not always. I don’t have footage of the her making the noise, but she started doing it recently. I don’t think she’s sick or hurt. My parents say that she makes the noise bc she’s broody, but i’m not convinced. Could she be broody?

I think she’s done that before. She also moves the hay around too to cover the eggs.
