is my ducks bill okay?

im hoping its just sore and nothing serious!

yeah im certain she's a white campbell duck, she's 6 months old and shes in great shape, about the same size as my cayuga ducks, always hopping over the chicken wire, extremely friendly and noisy. I wanted a white duck but not a meat bird (because of size and weight gain) so i found a breeder who was selling white campbell ducklings for that reason

Our pekins hatched mid March 2021 and are not too big! Big Boy, slightly larger, and Big Girl are about the same size as my muscovy drakes that hatched mid-July. The smaller crested, Mop Head, is about the size of my muscovy female. It was very wet today when I took the photos and Mop Head was clearly having a bad hair day!

Did you see her photo?? I love that duck, but Mop Head is just the right name for her. I most usually address her as Mop Mop but refer to her by her full name! I have a crested Pekin drake [in a separate flock] but his crest is not a patch on Mop Head's pride and joy!

im a chronic worrier, does the pinking near my ducks nostrils spark cause for concern for anyone? (as you can see she's fine in spirit) but thats not a problem right?

How is your duck's bill now? Might you update us?
