Is My Easter Egger a Roo?

I got my Easter Egger 3 months ago as a chick & thought hen. I am not so sure now. It has always been bigger & last week, we started hearing what sounded like a rooster. This is the only one that I think it could possibly be. Can anyone help?

On the first picture, the stick on the ground next to his left foot made my think he had like a 18 inch toe
