Why won't my chick sleep at night. She keeps asking for attention...she also has diahhrea...plz help....she was obsessed with oatmeal but then I shifter her diet to carrots and peas after she got diahhrea....now what do I do?..the 1.5 day old chick won't eat carrots...

She's lonely. Give her a mirror and a stuffed animal to cuddle with, make sure she's warm enough. If you don't have chick starter, some scrambled egg would be the best thing to feed her. What are her poops like? Its not too unusual for chicks to have runny poops, especially if they're eating wet food.

She's been having sticky yellowish poop ..like around 4 times in an hour or so...and I'm a bit stressed on it ..she loves oats!....I think she just eats too much oats...I stopped giving her that..and then gave her carrots but she won't eat carrots with the same interest...she keeps asking me to cone and stay near the brooder...if I go away she chirps louder...I gave her a soft breathable thin cloth...and tuck her inside with plenty of space to breathe .and then she sleeps..but then wakes up to the slightest disturbance..
