Is my FiFi a Roo?

I was wondering if I could ask your views on whether my FiFi is a rooster?

She / he is a lavender Pekin bantams and is about 16 weeks old. Her comb seems more pronounced than some of the other chickens.

The first photo is FiFi and the second one is Bluey, another chicken from our small flock.

Definitely both girls. A Pekin bantam roo of 16 weeks would have a much bigger comb and wattles.

At 16 weeks, pullet...shes just starting to mature and is a little ahead of the other bird
