Is my frizzle a frazzle?

Hi all! This is Pearl. She is almost 2 months old and I’m wondering if she could possibly be a frazzle? She’s much smaller than my others and seems extremely frizzled to me. She’s my first frizzle so I could be wrong but want to get everyone’s opinion!
