Is my girl a "true" breed

Hi everyone,

I hatched some chicks 13 weeks ago - Dark Brahmas. They have recently been moulting and one of them is turning ginger....does this mean she isn't a "true" Brahma breed... she has brahma characteristics - feathered feet, yellow feet, hooded eyes etc - just interested as love her anyway.

Some of my birds (not Brahmas) turned a little lighter after a molt but the feathers had more definition to the patterns on them. Maybe some pics and these folks that raise Brahmas can tell you more...

It would be great to see a pic. I get dark red leakage in my Dark Brahma cockerels sometimes but never with a pullet.
