Is my hen a roo?

Neighbour was over and commented on my ‘Rooster’. Lol I thought she was a hen...I’ve been waiting on eggs as she’s almost 18 weeks old.
Can you guys clarify hen or roo?
Also while I’m here, any guess on what breeds Spec might be? Came from a mix run so not sure if the breeds can be determined.

He’s been in the nesting box so much lately I’ve been checking for eggs lol
