Is my hen bloated??

I have a Black Sex Link hen that is about 3 years old. She just recently stopped laying eggs. I noticed her walking really weird and her abdomen is really swollen and it is squishy. Her vent is clear, but her poop is yellow. She has been eating and drinking but she is not pecking around as much as the other hens. Is she bloated and what should I do??

How does her crop feel? is it fully empty in the morning before she has eaten? I'm trying to think of the name for fluid buildup in a hen's body cavity but i bet that @Eggcessive does.

Could be worms, eggbound, impacted crop, etc... I would pay close attention. Take care. GOD bless. JESUS CHRIST loves you.

It does sound like it could be ascites or water belly. It is seen in heart or liver failure, and tends to be seen in reproductive disorders such as internal laying and oviduct cancer. Can you post any pictures of your hen and her yellow deoppings? Some drain the ascites fluid in hens to help relieve pressure and ease breathing. Here is a video:
