Is my hen broody? And when should I put fertile eggs under her?

Ok guys need some advice, I have a silkie that is in her first year of lay that I am hoping is broody as I have some eggs in the incubator that are a week old. My main question is when do I put them under her? As I don't want her to abandon them. Every time she lays I give her 6 eggs to sit on and she has been taking longer and longer to get off them and yesterday she sat all day and night till 9 this morning when she went out with the other hens and run about as fast as she could eating and drinking but now she's back on those eggs. So what is my next plan of action?
