Is my hen Lucy really a hen?

Thanks for all the video uploading advice!

Here’s the link to the videos I took yesterday of my hen Lucy crowing. I recently removed a couple of roosters for egg laying to begin.
Has Lucy stepped up to be coop protector?
I’m 98% sure Lucy is a hen.

Yes Lucy is all woman.
And you can have roosters and still get eggs unless they just get on your nerves.

Lady Lucy is my vote. Yes, hens can occasionally crow. Also, you can have roosters and still get eggs...I'm curious what made you thing you had to get rid of them. Did you just have too many?
