Is my hen sick? Please help

I traded my rooster for 2 hens and I’m worried this one may be Ill. I was told she wasn’t old but I didn’t notice her feathers because it was dark at the time. Please let me know if I should try to rehome her tonight or seperate because I’m worried the rest of my flock will get sick. The other hen I bought looks okay but she was
Puking up water (I think she just drank too much water though)

Just wanted to add if I rehome I will make sure the person knows exactly what’s going on, or bring her back to the person I got her from who has a seperate enclosure crom

Have you checked for lice/mites? It's always advised to quarantine new additions at least a month prior to adding to your flock, prevention. The feathers looks like they're growing back, it's possible the loss do to a Roo mating.
