Is my homeade incubator good or how can i make it better or re make it

Okay so I have 2 eggs in the incubator an fits a cardboard box with a light bulb like a heating one and it has a temperature control

Yep it is it's right by the eggs it's the small metal thing and yea okay 2 eggs and one is 4 days other is 7 days I marked them so ik the difference and next batch I'll get like 5

Yea the 8 day old one seems to do good
