Is my black indian runner male or female? I think he's a boy but he has not started quaking and doesn't have a sex curl but his head has a tinge of green in it. I don't know if that means anything as he is an Indian runner not a mallard but just thought someone on here might be able to tell me.

Too young for a tail curl. But you should be able to tell by voice now.
The green is visable in most black feathers.
on any breed ..so no indication of sex.
if really quiet and no loud sounds coming from him yet its probably a boy.
by the time they are this feathered their voice are “usually” pretty obvious. But not always.

Thank you, I know I have one boy and one girl but still not sure about this one. He's very noisy but still cheeping...

Loud baby sounds?
or loud like getting a deep honky sound?
the boys sound like babies longer.
and the girls start getting a deeper voice pretty early sometimes.

Loud baby sounds. They're only 5 weeks old but my girls voice broke 2 weeks ago.
