Is my leopard gecko about to shed

I recently got this gecko and she looks a bit pale but she still has a great appetite. Is she about to shed and if so how far off is she from shedding. She is my first reptile so I wanna make sure everything is going right

Every 3 days I give her about 5-7 medium- larger mealworms or crickets

Her water dish and her hides are a little rough but I can maybe put a rock in there for her to rub on

They just need something to help scratch off the old skin in the hard to reach places. Just making sure she had something like that.

Also I will look at her toes when shes done because I know they can get stuck shed on them

Ok her colors are a lot brighter today so I'm assuming she shed

She has completely shed. Depending on her age, you can expect her to molt about once a month.

Shes about to shed again, could this be an indication of age. Her last shed was on the 5th. Also is she a she or he? I was told female but i dont fully know for sure.
