Every 3 days I give her about 5-7 medium- larger mealworms or cricketsYes, she is about to shed. It can take about 24 hours (sometimes longer) for it to complete. Don't feed her during this time and don't handle her while she is shedding. It's common for them to eat the old skin so don't be alarmed if she does.
Also, how much and how often are you feeding her?
Her water dish and her hides are a little rough but I can maybe put a rock in there for her to rub onAre there any hard/rough surfaces in her enclosure she can scratch on?
They just need something to help scratch off the old skin in the hard to reach places. Just making sure she had something like that. Her water dish and her hides are a little rough but I can maybe put a rock in there for her to rub on
