Is My Little Roo in Love with me or angry with me

My 14 wk. Banty cochin roo waits at the back porch door and when I come out, he chases me around the yard with his wings all fluffed out. Then when I turn and face him, he gives me the eye and starts crowding me. Sometimes he tries to peck my feet if he real wound up.

What's up. I used to have a pet roo when I was a girl and he was a gentle lover This guy is a little intimidating. Should I let him grow up a bit more or punt him across the yard a couple times

Rooster-Red, a BYC member, has some really good advice for keeping your rooster's behavior acceptable. You need to let your roo know that YOU are the Alpha male.
