Is my little rooster a Delaware? please answer me

Welcome to BYC. It appears that he is carrying some Delaware breeding. Is there any possibility that he may be a cross?

I also agree, he looks part Delaware but a good looking fellow just the same

He probably is part delaware but he has the spotting of a sussex breed.
