Yeah they will, same with guppies. When we had guppies we got very bright colored males. And the most colorful females we could find. Then we took the pregnant guppy out and put her in a breeding tank then when the fry were born she got took out. We got some very beautiful guppies in the end. We couldnt keep them alive though because of our towns water. The ph was always out of control even though we did water changes every week and added ph downer. Chiclids were the only things that survived in it.Mollies will pretty much stay pegnant if there is a male in the tank.
