Is my muscovy an it?

Now I have your attention... 2 years ago I brought 2 beautiful muscovy hens. One was a true mumma duck from the start, even with the lack of a drake. She would lay all spring and summer, and even go broody. She successfully hatched a chicken chick in september. But this girl... she's never layed a single egg. Just has no interest. Does not look like a drake, but occasionally honks and has a crest when shes cranky. None of our duck eggs have been fertilised either. Is it possible she's infertile or is it just pecking order?

If she weighs more than 7 pounds she is almost certainly a drake.

This is her this morning. Doesn't look like a drake that I've ever seen. But definetly never layed. And makes all diffferent noises.

Do you have a pic of this one and the other one together . She does have more carnucles than my females.

Looks more like a drake size wise too but hard to tell real size with out another for comparison.

Unfortunately this is only one I can find atm. I can't take a new one as the other female was taken by a fox last week. But they were very close in size.

I am so sorry I missed that in your post. We’re they pretty close to same size? Or big difference my drake weighs 12 lbs my females from 5-6
