so my pullets are about 4 months old and all is going well. This one female is much bigger than the rest of the pullets is she a she or just faster maturing?

Can't see any male saddle feathers. She looks like a production Red, it's not uncommon for them to start laying at around 16 to 18 weeks. I'd say she's right on schedule for making you some wonderful eggs.
