Is my pullet a rooster?

Hello! I have a pullet Easter Egger and I am worried that it is a rooster. I live in an urban area so I need to verify whether it is male or female since roosters are not allowed in my neighborhood. I have been going back and forth with it for weeks and figure someone on here will know for sure. The EE is much bigger than the other 3 pullets I have, and it’s comb is larger with more color too. I have been raising these 4 pullets up from chicks and they are about 12-13 weeks old, born the week of 10/17/22. I’ve got one other EE in the mix and she is significantly smaller than this one I am questioning. Anything helps, thank you!!

It looks like saddle feathers coming in, in that picture. Kinda hard to tell from the angle of the picture. But if I'm correct, I'd say rooster.

Cockerel. Yeah, looks like saddle feathers coming in but I said cockerel without looking at those. With that red comb, long relatively thick legs, and upright posture I don't think there is any doubt. Larger size is also an indication. Sorry.
