Thank you!!These are pretty pullets.
Thank you!!Theyâre so beautiful! I ordered my EE flock from Mcmurrayâs as well. Itâs kind of odd, a lot of your babes look like my EE. The colors are all very similar to mine. Especially the very top pic. Theyâre beautiful! Sometimes itâs easy to sex EE based off of their coloring alone. Males will have a more splotchy, uneven coloring while females have consistent, smooth coloring.
Youâve received quite a few boys. Iâve heard that EE cockerels/roosters tend to be aggressive. My 2 EE boys (Bear & Claw) were kind of rough on the pullets when they became of-age to start mating, so I wound up Separating them completely.
They are considered roosters now since hitting their 1 year mark, i give them free roam of the yard all day until bed time & I have become attached to both of them. I was worried about Bear becoming the aggressor, he would give me a funny look & follow me around a bit. But now theyâre both my loving yard protectors, still follow me around, soon as I come outside & say âwhereâs those boys??â They come trotting around the corner.
