Is my pullet an Amerecuana or an Easter Egger?

Sweet Pea here is about 7 weeks old and was listed as an Ameraucana at Wilco. I know feed store Ameraucana's are typically Easter Eggers. I think the coloring looks like wheaton, but I am not sure.

She has grayish colored legs.

Don't mind Cocoa, the curious Chocolate Orpington next to her, she just wants cuddles.

It looks like wheaton to me, too, but I'm not an expert. It's kind of in between two patterns I have had with green legs. As they got older, they looked more and more different.

Generally speaking Ameraucana are Easter Eggers. Easter Eggers are not all Ameraucana. Any chicken that lays nice colored eggs, besides white, and brown fall in that category.

WISHING YOU BEST,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and :welcome

Thank you, interesting about Ameras being Easters but not the reverse. I'll need to look up more about what differentiates them.

She is hilarious though, she has a super long neck and noodles it about when she is running like an ostrich/emu. It's adorable.

Ameraucana are not Easter eggers. Ameraucana are a recognized breed and breed true. Easter Eggers are just colored egg laying birds.

If it came from a feed store it's most likely an Easter Egger or EE for short. It does resemble splash wheaten. Need better pictures and pictures when it has adult feathers. Eye color is off as well. Ameraucana have bay colored eyes not the green/yellowish I see. If the legs are willow then it's EE. They have to be slate.
