Is my quail male or female

So my quail are 3 and a bit weeks old now and I'm having trouble sexing a few of them.

First photo is a hen.
Second photo is a roo.
Third photo I need help with because it has the rusty red colour as well as the spots.

I'm hoping it's female or else it means I have 10 roos and 3 hens .

Third is male. Females only rarely have such a red breast, and almost never have the red cheek, neck, and bib that are developing on him.
