Good evening hoping I can get a little assistance from some of you helpful and insightful chicken lovers I purchased this Gal a month ago and was told she was approximately 5 days old so she or he at this point is approximately 5 weeks old.

Thanks to any helpers!
Marvin

Shes quite a bit larger then her friends which is probably due to her breed right still learning got a mixed bunch and am finding the differences that each breed brings to table. Thanks again for everyone input and help.

Any tips on what you guys/gals look for would also be greatly appreciated.

Her comb is small and not red, also her wattles don't look grown yet. Males would have them larger. Also take a look at her wings. If her feathers are more pointed then she is a male if they are rounded then female. To me she looks like a pullet.

Ok gotcha he is in both the first two photos head shot and full body shot in second he is my silver laced Cochin.

All where sold to me as hens but figured I get I could end up with multiple roos. So that explains this one and the red frizzle that like to bump chests and head peck each other from time to time thought they where just like Napoleon small and spunky.

In these pics they don't look like cockerels. That first pic looks like he has grown in wattles, but this one not at all! Is there wattle growth on it?
