Is my red ill?

I have a new hampshire red and she seems to be ill. She walks very slowly almost as if she is getting old. However, she is only a month older than the rest of the flock who seem to be very lively. Other than her walk, her comb and waddle are both a very pale pink. Near her tail on her back she has lost some feathers, and they haven't grown back in a very long time. She lays egg once or twice a week, but they seem very nomal. I have no idea what is causing all of this and I don't know how I can help her.
