Is my Rhode Island Red Luna or Lou?

This chick is 5 weeks old. I know it's still early to tell, but based on his appearance, he's a rooster- slow to feather, thick legs, large comb. I need help to find him a new home. I'm in the San Francisco Bay Area so if anyone is looking for a rooster in this area, please respond. I have another RIR chick, same age, smaller comb, feathered quickly, smaller legs. First pic is Lily, who I think is female, and the rest are Luna/Lou... Please tell me your thoughts... Thanks

I would guess rooster, but I think they’re still to young to say for sure.
