Is my RIR a he or she

I got my RIR out of a pullet bin by now I'm wondering if she might be a he. She 13 weeks old. Her comb is small and it and the wattles turned red about a week ago. I see no signs of spurs and she hasn't attempted to crow. I'd appreciate your opinion.

Spurs won't be growing for a long while, even if it was a cockerel, but I believe she is a pullet!

Thanks for the encouraging words. I really want hens so I keep telling her she needs to lay eggs and not crow. Of course, she just cocks her head and looks at me like I'm crazy. I do appreciate your response.

Unfortunately I don't know. A stray dog got her one afternoon. I was so upset! My other two hen got away thought, thank goodness.

So sorry for that happening to you, it's unfortunate that dogs run wild and attack things not meant for them.
