Is my roo a full or mixed breed?

Hello, I'm wondering if anyone has any idea of what breed my cockerel in the front could be mixed with, if anything? He is supposed to be a golden sebright, but his feathers are different than my other sebright cockerel and pullets. Thanks!

Your first one should be henny feathered and he isn't.
Idk if that's a fault that may pop up in hatchery quality or not.
