Is my rooster carrying birchen ?

I am wondering if my rooster ix on a birchen or extended black base color. The father is a brown leghorn and mother is the black hen with somd red in her hackle feathers.

Looks pretty Birchen(ER) to me, he is ER/e+, I have yet to find a E/e+ that looks Birchen, most of them look pretty solid black or really dark Birchen(no red/golden/Silver Shoulders).
