The top one looks fertile. You might want to section of an area for your roo and about 7 hens to share so he covers them all. Also, if they don't like him, they can reject his sperm.

2 out of three look fertile he can't cover all those hens though. 1 roo to 10 hens is a good conversion.

I think I might incubate new eggs and then keep two of the roosters that will grow up as siblings, and then get rid of this one.

Good luck. I’ll warn you again though that it can still happen. I hatched two roosters and they could not stay in the flock with my flock due to the aggressiveness toward each other. I had plenty hens it just didn’t work out. They live in a bachelor pen together just fine though. Good luck!

Our neighbors have an in incubator, and got some eggs from us to go in it.
We have an even worse rooster to hen rate 35 hens to 1 Australorp rooster. I think they used 18 eggs and said they got around 50 % hatch rate. Another person got 30 eggs and they were said to have gotten more than 50%. I was surprised I figured that the hatch would be much lower I was figuring they would get about 1/3. We have ours in a coop and run and not free range if that makes any difference.
Two years ago we had 3 roosters with 27 hens and I let two broody hens set. One hatched all 13 of eggs but two chicks didn’t survive. The other hen hatched 6 out of 8 eggs.
There’s a lot of factors that go into hatching eggs that can affect the outcome. Could be rooster, could be something with the incubator or could be something with the handling or storage of eggs prior to incubation.
