Is my rooster ticklish?

So my rooster, Rupin, seems to be very ticklish when I scratch or rapidly rub the feathers on the back of his tail.

He sounds like he is laughing and its super funny. Is there a reason he makes this sound when I do that?

Well, it could be because you are stimulating him sexually. The rear end of a chicken is sensitive because it invites mating.

That sounds like a more unsure noise than anything else to me. My female chickens will do that if we pick them up or pet them when they're not expecting it.
