Is my silkie a hen or rooster? Can anyone help?

Hi I recently adopted a Silkie chicken baby and I was wondering if anyone could possibly tell the gender? Rooster? Or a hen? Any suggestions are highly appreciated thank you!

I was hoping for a hen but as long as she/he stays as loving as she/he is than it doesn't matter I was just told that roosters get aggressive as they mature and I'm trying to get her/him registered as a therapy chicken so it's important that she/he is friendly

This little guy is so friendly and so loving I love it but I'm just worried that if it is a rooster he will become more aggressive as he matures

I'm not an expert but I believe that coloring is female specific.

A pullet is a female right? I'm somewhat new to chickens I always wanted a silkie chicken because I heard they make great therapy pets and I was just looking on Craigslist and found someone who was looking for homes for 4 baby silkies and my heart just melted and I picked her because she stood out from the other 3, she had more of a blue/grey coloring and she layed right down on my hand when I picked her up so it was like meant to be, love at first sightShe will be a house chicken and it fits her perfectly because she's so sweet and calm and so loving she's like a lap chicken lol I just can't get enough of her? ❤❤

Yes. A pullet is a female under the age of one year, once one year old they are considered hens.
