Is my Silkie a Roo??

I know everyone probably sees this alot but I'm extremly new to chickens (this is my second silkie, bought the same day as my first silkie! LOL). Is he/she a roo?? It was hatched in early September but so far no crow or eggs. I'm really hoping it's a boy!

I'm thinking it's a boy cuz my first Silkie is about 2-3 weeks older and has the teeny tiny makings of a comb but this one has a very apparent comb. That and I just really want a boy so maybe its wishful thinking/seeing!
