1. Her head feathers like on half of it are either wet one day or look wet or the have like mud on them I dont know
2. She keeps turning her head to look or see I dont know and so does she need to have her eyes trimmed around or...(in the video she does it but she also does it when I'm not holding her)

Sorry it wont let me upload pic or video I will try later

To upload videos you need to upload them to a separate platform (youtube) and link them here.

She looks pretty normal to me, gorgeous girl! I couldn't see any wet/dirty feathers as you described but they normally take a dust bath to clean themselves.
You can trim her feathers around her eyes if you like, I do that to some of my Silkies. Also you can give her a shallow bath and blow dry (not hot setting) if you want too. If it's cold there you might want to keep her inside until she's completely dry.
Not sure if there's articles on here how to do the trim or bath but there are some videos on YouTube.

I have gave her a bath before not that long ago and it was to get the poop out of her feathers. She Has poop in her feathers again but that's another thread lol. Shes 10 months maybe and it was hard to tell on the video were the head feathers were dirty but here's the photo.

I see now yep, you could give her a bit of a wash on the head with a cloth just to get that bit of dirt off. Also not sure about the other thread I haven't read it but you can trim butt fluff too if she keeps getting the fluff dirty rather then constant bathing. What are you giving her for the poo problem? Vitamins in water maybe or bit of yogurt? Is she wormed?.. Sorry I probably should try to look up the other thread to see what was said on there :)

Lol it's not her causing the poop it's the others pooping on her at night and then it gets tangled into her back feathers like the wing area😂
