Hi,
I have a 3 week old Astralorp chick that has started walking strangely.
Here’s a short video:

I first noticed the wobbly walking two days ago and it is getting worse. The wobbly walk is worse when it starts walking, once it gets going it walking ability improves.
The chick is eating and drinking normally but spends most of it’s time lying down.
They’ve been living with their mum contained in a coup which has a flat surface of sand covered in straw but the day I first noticed the walking issues, they’d spend the day free ranging out where there’s a range of surfaces and obstacles.
I can’t see any sign of injury and I can fully extend both legs out without the chick minding.
They’re on a chick starter that contains vitamins and are getting a vitamin mix in their water every 4th day. They alternately get Amprolium in their water (Amprolium one day, water the next, vitamins the third day then water the fourth, back to Amprollium as so on).
I’ve started this morning giving 1/2 a crushed vitamin B2 tablet with some feed.
Any ideas what could be wrong with the poor little guy and what I can do to help?
Many thanks!
