Is my Splash Maran a rooster or hen???

I thought for sure that I had a rooster but, Im starting to have some doubts. My Splash is 12 weeks old. The pics arent that good but, hopefully they will work.

That's a rooster...

I'm not sure how you could doubt that is a rooster.........that much comb, that red at that age is always a boy. Even a leghorn pullet won't have that red a comb at this age! And for good measure, he's getting hackle feathers.
