If it's a boy, you should be able to see if the wattles are coming in, as being a naked neck it's easier to see that.

The black one is looking like a cockerel to me. A picture of its comb in side profile would help.

It’s still really young, to be more accurate with gender, I would repost them at 6-8 weeks. All I could say is that the black one is suspicious, but things may change in a matter of a few weeks...
